Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan Enrollments & Updates
If you need to register for the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan or update your information, Medicine Hat Registries is here to help. All 3 of our locations can now assist you Monday through Friday at our reception desk. This service is provided at no cost to you!
Our friendly and efficient staff will process your application and Alberta Health will mail your health card directly to you. In order to ensure confidentiality and security of your medical records, our agents do not have access to your personal information.
Medicine Hat Registries offers registration and enrollment of new accounts and can assist you with the following account updates and cancellations:
Personal information changes (name, address, etc.)
Additions, deletions and reinstatements of dependents (spouse, newborns, etc.)
Cancellation or reinstatement of registrations (e.g. due to death, leaving Alberta, etc.)
Non-group Blue Cross
